A mechanism to signal potential fraud

In accordance with the Guidelines on the handling of suspected fraud under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020. In the Center for Coordination of Environmental Projects, use the signaling mechanism. This allows the reporting of suspected fraud in the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment.

If the situation of fraud is identified, the application should be sent to: naduzycia@ckps.lasy.qov.pl. The application should contain elements such as:

• situation description,
• details of the perpetrator(s),
• information about people who may have knowledge about this matter

In the case of (mainly anonymous) applications that are incomplete and will not be able to complete this information, there is a risk that such an application will not be considered.

In addition, for institutions implementing OPI & E 2014-2020, the Ministry of Development has also introduced a signaling mechanism described in detail at the website www.pois.gov.pl/nieprawidlowosci.
